These flower photographs are printed on high-quality photographic paper in a professional lab and sent directly to you, without mats or frames. I like to keep it as simple as possible.
I want everyone to absolutely love their photograph or artwork, but if there are errors in printing let me know and we can work on solving the issue. If you want to return your piece, I will refund your full purchase price once it has been returned in its original condition. The cost of return shipping with adequate insurance must be paid by the customer.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, so please notify me of your intent to return within that time. If 30 days have lapsed since receipt of your purchase, I can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your photograph or artwork must arrive back to me in the same condition that you received it. It should be returned in the original or equivalent packaging.
Any photographer artwork that is returned with damage cannot be refunded. Please be sure the return package is adequately insured.

Once I have received your returned piece in good condition, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as a refund or as a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To keep things simple, I am offering a flat rate of $3 for U.S. shipments, with free shipping on orders over $50. For other locations, please contact me.
